Wonderful stay, as always. Fairly clean and amazing hotel with nice view of the valley. Perfect breakfast and a wide range of goodies. Really big bedroom. Accommodating staff throughout. Good and unbeatable location, just a walk down to everywhere. 15 min walk from the bus stop.

Was a perfect place for trip. My room was clean and outstanding with a good view over the hills. Its staff was great and kind.

The down pillows and comfy bed ensure a great night's sleep. the location is convenient, just a short distance from the train station and an easy walk to Karst Gallery. The beautiful view over the hills adds to the overall experience.

As a senior woman, I found the decoration at Monarch Ella to be charming and soothing. The hotel had a cozy and elegant ambiance, with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating areas. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable. The paths were well-lit and free from obstacles, and the staff was always available to assist with any mobility needs. I felt safe and at ease during my stay.

It would have been even more enjoyable if there were more activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior guests. While the children working there were polite and helpful, it would have been nice to have more activities that catered to the interests and needs of older guests.

We got great value for our money at Monarch Ella. The room was almost new and super clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The location was just right - peaceful and quiet, but still just a short walk from the center. The owner Gayan was helpful and went out of his way to assist us with all our requests.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Loved the feeling of safety with a fire extinguisher and smoke detector, just in case I set the place on fire. Also, got to enjoy free WiFi to post all my fancy pics, plus a free area shuttle to escape this place.

Oh, but how disappointing it was not to have any exciting cons to complain about! I guess I'll just have to come up with something.

We loved the location of the hotel, close to the city center but away from the loud noise. The cleanliness of the facilities, including the spacious rooms and attached bathroom, was also excellent. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, providing transportation and helpful tips. the breakfast was delicious and served on a scenic rooftop terrace.
